A special auction during the five-year anniversary of Stichting Taai has yielded an impressive amount. GINVI's pink rose bear, hand-decorated with no fewer than 792 roses by floral artist Liesbeth Couvreur, was sold for €9.000.
The auction item was a beautiful highlight of the event in the Cruise Terminal Rotterdam, where a total of more than half a million euros was raised. This amount is a huge support for research into cystic fibrosis, an incurable and life-threatening disease for which new treatments are urgently needed.
Thanks to the efforts of Stichting Taai and the generous donations during this special evening, a future without cystic fibrosis is one step closer.
